Eligibility : To enter the Every Second Counts Sweepstakes, you must be a legal resident of the 50 United States or the District of Columbia, 21 years of age or older. Sweepstakes is void where prohibited by law

Promotion Period : Every Second Counts Sweepstakes (the “Sweepstakes”) begins at 12:01 a.m. Eastern Time (“ET”) on 4/28/09 and ends at 11:59 p.m. ET on 6/12/09 (the “Sweepstakes Period”).

How To Enter : During the Sweepstakes Period, visit versus.com/nhlsweepstakes (the “Web Site”), fill in the online entry form, submit it in accordance with the on-screen directions, and you will be entered

Limit : Limit one (1) entry per person, per email address and per household per day for the entire Sweepstakes Period.

Prize (s):

Grand Prize (1): Grand Prize includes: A trip for two (2) to the 2010 NHL Season Opener in Europe (exact location to be determined by Sponsor), a trip for two (2) to the 2010 Stanley Cup Final Game (exact location to be determined by Sponsor), and season tickets to the NHL team of winner’s choice (subject to availability and approval by Sponsor). Each trip includes: round-trip coach air transportation from a major U.S. gateway nearest winner’s residence, as determined by Sponsor, to destination, round-trip ground transportation to/from airport and hotel, standard hotel accommodations (one (1) room, double occupancy) for three (3) days and two (2) nights, round-trip ground transportation to/from games and two (2) tickets to the applicable game. Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”): $23,500.
