Esurance ICER AIR Sweepstakes

Eligibility : The Esurance ICER AIR Sweepstakes (the “Sweepstakes”) is open only to all legal residents of the 48 contiguous United States and the District of Columbia (excluding, without limitation, Puerto Rico and other U.S. territories), who are at least the age of majority in their state of residence at the time of entry.

Promotion Period :  The Esurance ICER AIR Sweepstakes begins at 12:00:01 a.m. Pacific Time (”PT”) on August 28, 2008 (”Game-Start”), and ends at 11:59:59 p.m. PT on October 1, 2008 (”Game-End”).

Limit : Maximum one (1) entry per person or email address during the Sweepstakes period regardless of method of entry.

Prize (s):

The Grand Prize shall be a 2-night trip for two (2) to the 2008 Esurance ICER AIR event in San Francisco, CA, consisting of standard, double-occupancy accommodation for two (2) nights at a hotel (including hotel taxes) to be determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion, arriving on October 17, 2008 and departing October 19, 2008. Winner will also receive two (2) HEAD snowboards or pairs of skis of Sponsor’s choosing in Sponsor’s sole discretion, $2,000 in “travel/spending money” and two (2) “VIP all access” passes to certain 2008 Esurance ICER AIR events and parties (note that VIP all access passes may not include access to events and parties featuring 2008 Esurance ICER AIR athletes). Approximate retail value (”ARV”): $3,800
