Esurance Explore New Worlds Sweepstakes

Eligibility : The Esurance Explore New Worlds Sweepstakes (the “Sweepstakes”) is open only to legalresidents of the forty-eight (48) contiguous United States and the District of Columbia(excluding, without limitation, Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico all U.S. possessions and territoriesand all overseas military installations), who are at least nineteen (19) years of age and theage of majority in their state of residence at the time of entry.

Promotion Period : The Esurance Explore New Worlds Sweepstakes begins as of 12:00:00 p.m. Pacific Time (“PT”) on March 20, 2009 andends as of 12:00:00 p.m. PT on May 07, 2009 (the “Sweepstakes Period”).

Limit : Maximum one (1) entry per person, per household or per email address during theSweepstakes Period regardless of method of entry.

GRAND PRIZE
Winner’s choice of a trip for two (2) to Space Camp at the U.S. Space & Rocket Center in
Huntsville, Alabama (“Space Camp”) consisting of either:
Option 1:
• A six (6)-day / five (5)-night Adult Advanced Space Academy program at Space Camp to take place from either August 23, 2009 through August 28, 2009, OR August 30, 2009 through September 4, 2009, OR September 6, 2009 through September 11, 2009 (each a “Program” and, together with the programs described in Option 2, below, the “Programs”);
• Standard accommodations for two (2) at Space Camp during the Program;
• Two (2) flight suits;
• Roundtrip, coach-class, airline travel (subject to availability) for two (2) from/to the nearest major airport to winner’s residence to/from Huntsville, AL (there may be stops and/or plane changes on all legs of the trip);
• Transfers from/to Huntsville Airport to/from Space Camp;
• One Thousand Dollars (US$ 1,000) “spending money”;

OR

Option 2:
• A three (3)-day / two (2)-night Adult Advanced Space Academy program at Space Camp to take place August 28, 2009 through August 30, 2009, OR September 4, 2009 through September 6, 2009, OR September 11, 2009 through September 13, 2009, OR September 18, 2009 through September 20, 2009;
• Standard accommodations for two (2) at Space Camp during the Program;
• Two (2) flight suits;
• Roundtrip, coach-class, airline travel (subject to availability) for two (2) from/to the nearest major airport to winner’s residence to/from Huntsville, AL (there may be stops and/or plane changes on all legs of the trip);
• Transfers from/to Huntsville Airport to/from Space Camp;
• One Thousand Dollars (US$ 1,000) “spending money”.

Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”) of Grand Prize: Four Thousand Five Hundred Fifty Eight Dollars (US$4,558.00) in the case of Option 1, or Three Thousand Six Hundred Fifty Eight Dollars (US$3,658.00) in the case of Option 2).

WEEKLY PRIZES
One (1) “Star Trek” themed or Space Camp themed (at Sponsor’s discretion)

Winners : For the name of the Grand Prize winner, any person may mail a self-addressed, adequatelystamped, #10 business envelope to Grand Prize Winner — Esurance Explore New Worlds Sweepstakes, c/o The Marketing Agency, 2881 East Oakland Park Blvd., Suite 425, FortLauderdale, FL 33306, to be received no later than May 30, 2009.
