Eligibility : ESPN’s I Love You Man Sweepstakes Presented by Paramount (“Sweepstakes”) is open to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia who are eighteen (18) years of age or older as of 3/2/09.

Promotion Period : The ESPN’s I Love You Man Sweepstakes Presented by Paramount begins at 12:00:00PM Eastern Time (“ET”) on 3/2/09 and ends at 12:00:00PM ET on 3/22/09 (“Promotion Period”).

How To Enter :   During the Promotion Period, visit ESPN.com, search for keyword “I Love You Man” and fully complete and submit the online entry form in accordance with the instructions provided to receive one (1) entry.

Limit : Limit one (1) entry per person and per valid e-mail address per day.

Prize (s):

One (1) Grand Prize: Trip for winner and one (1) guest to Los Angeles, CA to attend ESPN The Magazine’s party on dates to be determined by Sponsor. Trip includes round-trip coach air transportation for two (2) from major U.S. gateway airport nearest winner’s primary residence in the U.S., two (2)-night standard double-occupancy hotel accommodations (one (1) room) and ground transfers to/from the airport/hotel/party. Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”): $1,500.

(5) First Prizes: Five (5) First Prize winners will each receive one (1) “I Love You, Man” promotional pack, consisting of a t-shirt or poster (selected in Presenter’s sole discretion). ARV: $10 each.
