The Elle Magazine Beyonce Formation Tour Sweepstakes is your chance to see Beyonce live in concert during The Formation Tour. All you have to do is enter at ELLE.com/BeyonceFormation daily through May 1st.

Elle Magazine could send you on a trip for 2 to NYC to see the Formation World Tour at Citi Field in Flushing, New York on June 8, 2016. The grand prize trip package includes round-trip airfare transportation to New York City, 2-nights hotel stay, tickets to the concert and $500 spending money. A grand prize valued at over $3,750.

Elle Magazine readers can access the official Sweepstakes entry form by going to elle.com/beyonceformation. Once on the webpage, participants can register by completing and submitting the entry form.

By entering this Sweepstakes, you also agree to get 1 free issue to ELLE. If you would prefer to enter the Sweepstakes without getting the free trial, you can enter using the alternate entry form.

Regardless of the method used to enter, an entrant can earn a maximum of 1 entry per day throughout the Sweepstakes Period. All entries must be submitted by no later than May 1, 2016.

ELLE Magazine Sweepstakes Winner

This Elle Magazine Sweepstakes Winner will be randomly selected on or about May 2, 2016 and will be notified via phone or e-mail on or about May 2, 2016.

After this date, you can obtain the name of the winner by mailing a separate self-addressed, stamped envelope to ELLE Magazine, Floor 10, ELLE Beyoncé Formation Sweepstakes Winner’s List, Hearst Communications, Inc., 300 West 57th Street NY, NY 10019.

Your request must be received within 12 months from the end of the Sweepstakes Period.

Eligibility

Only legal residents of the 48 contiguous U.S. states and the District of Columbia, who are at least 18 years of age or older are eligible to enter the Elle Magazine Beyonce Formation Tour Sweepstakes. Void in Puerto Rico, Alaska, Hawaii and where prohibited by law.
