Disney U Rock 2

Eligibility : The Disney U Rock 2 is open to legal residents of the United States who physically reside in the fifty (50) United States or the District of Columbia and who are registered members on Disney.com with an upload account (”Upload Account”) on the Website.

Promotion Period : The Disney U Rock 2 consists of a skill-based contest (”Contest”). The submission period for the Contest begins at 12 A.M. EDT, June 1, 2009 and ends at 12 A.M. EDT, July 12, 2009 (”Submission Period”). The voting period for voting to determine the Grand Prize winners begins at 12 A.M. EDT, July 17, 2009, and ends at 12 A.M. EDT, August 1, 2009 (”Voting Period”).

Limit : There is a limit of thirty (30) Submissions per Member during the term of the Event (”Term”), however, each Submission must be unique and any duplicate Submissions may be disqualified.

Prize (s):

Eight (8) Grand Prizes

Each Grand Prize package consists of one (1) trip to be shared by winner (”Winner”) and one (1) guest (”Guest”) to Los Angeles, CA (”Trip”). The Trip includes round-trip coach-class air transportation for Winner and Guest from a major commercial airport (as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion) near Winner’s residence in the fifty (50) United States or the District of Columbia to Los Angeles, CA; standard hotel accommodations (single room/double occupancy) for two (2) nights (hotel to be determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion); Round-trip ground transportation for Winner and Guest to and from hotel and Los Angeles International Airport; one (1) visit to the set of a Disney Channel show for Winner and Guest (to be determined by Sponsor at its sole discretion); one (1) artist’s in-studio “Take Over” at Radio Disney for Winner and Guest (to be determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion; an opportunity to participate in a volunteer project with a Disney Channel talent) and one (1) Princess Protection Program Royal BFF Extended Edition DVD. Disney Channel show visit ; Radio Disney visit and volunteer project carry no monetary value. If the winner is a minor, he/she must be accompanied on the trip by a Parent. Winner and Guest must be available to travel at a time to be solely determined by Sponsor or prize will be forfeited and no compensation will be awarded. Air transportation provided only if Winner resides more than 250 miles from Los Angeles International Airport. Approximate Retail Value of each Grand Prize (”ARV”) is $2,500.00.

Winners : For a copy of the Rules and/or a list of names of winners, send a separate, stamped, self-addressed envelope to: U Rock 2, c/o T180 Studios, 445 S. Beverly Dr., Beverly Hills, CA 90212. Requests must be received no later than one month after the conclusion of the Event.
