Eligibility : Open only to persons, age 18 or over, who are legal residents of, and physically located within, the 50 United States or D.C., (collectively, “Territory”).

Promotion Period : Beginning at 12:01 A.M., February 10, and ending at 11:59:59 P.M., March 10, 2012

Limit : Limit one (1) Entry per person/Address per Day (regardless of whether one person has more than one Address or more than one person use the same Address).

Prize (s) :

One (1) GRAND PRIZE: a three (3) day/two (2) night trip for winner and three (3) Guests (“Group”) to New York, NY (“City”), consisting of the following elements to be taken between March 30, 2012 and June 9, 2012. (“Trip”): [1] hotel accommodations for two (2) nights (one standard room quad occupancy); [2] Four (4) house tickets to Disney’s NEWSIES on Broadway; [3] for winner only, one (1) merchandise package of Disney’s NEWSIES on Broadway merchandise; [4].if winner resides more than one hundred (100) miles from the City, round-trip coach air transportation on a Sponsor-selected carrier between a Sponsor-selected major metropolitan airport near winner’s residence (“airport of origin”) and a major airport in or near the City and [5] airport/hotel transfers if air transportation is provided. Approximate retail value (“ARV”): $4,900.
