Dippin’ Dots Planet 51 Movie Sweepstakes

Eligibility : The Dippin’ Dots Planet 51 Movie Sweepstakes is open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia who are thirteen (13) years of age or older at the time of entry (residents of ME must be 18 years of age or older at the time of entry).

Promotion Period : The Dippin’ Dots Planet 51 Movie Sweepstakes begins on or about 12:00 p.m. Pacific Time (“PT”) on September 11, 2009 and ends at 11:59 p.m. PT on December 16, 2009 (the “Sweepstakes Period”).

How To Enter : During the Sweepstakes Period, visit www.facebook.com/DippinDots (the “Website”), complete the online registration form and click the “Submit Entry” button.

Limit : Each entrant will receive one (1) entry into the Sweepstakes upon successful completion and submission of the entry form.

Prize (s):

One (1) Premiere Prize is available. The Premiere Prize consists of a three (3) day/two (2) night trip for the Premiere Prize winner and up to three (3) travel companions to Los Angeles, California to the premiere of Planet 51 and after party, if held. The Premiere Prize includes round-trip airfare for the Premiere Prize winner and his or her travel companion(s) between the major airport that is nearest to the Grand Prize winner’s residence within the Eligibility Area and Los Angeles, California (must be located in Continental United States(if winner resides within one hundred and thirty (130) miles of Los Angeles then ground transportation may be substituted in lieu of air transportation and no additional compensation or substitution will be awarded for difference in prize value); two (2) nights’ hotel accommodations in Los Angeles, California (one (1) standard room, quadruple occupancy), four (4) tickets to the premiere of Planet 51 and after party, if held. The approximate retail value (“ARV”) of the Premiere Prize is two thousand eight hundred ($2,800) USD.

One (1) First Prize of free Dippin’ Dots ice cream for a year is available. Prize will be given in the form of twelve (12) certificates good for 30-Serving Party Packs of Dippin’ Dots ice cream. Certificate redeemable online at www.dippindots.com. Certificate expires one year to date after issuance of certificate. Total actual retail value “ARV” is One thousand three hundred ninety-nine ($1,399.00) USD.

Thirty (30) weekly prizes of Sega’s Planet 51 game for PS3 ,Xbox 360, Nintendo DS or Wii will be awarded weekly. ARV of prize is minimum $29.99-$49.99 (depending on SKU) USD.

Winners : To obtain a copy of the winners list, send a self-addressed stamped envelope to Dippin’ Dots P51 Winners List, c/o matrixx Productions Inc., 3122 Santa Monica Blvd., Ste. 201, Santa Monica, CA 90404. Winners list requests will only be accepted after the end of the Sweepstakes Period and no later than December 31, 2009. These Official Rules will be posted at the Website during the Sweepstakes Period.
