Diamond Nexus Labs Choose The Crown Sweepstakes

Eligibility : The Diamond Nexus Labs Choose The Crown Sweepstakes is open only to permanent legal residents of the forty-eight (48) contiguous states of the United States and the District of Columbia who are physically located and residing therein, and who are twenty-one (21) years of age or older as of April 19, 2009. Residents of the states of Alaska and Hawaii, and residents of Guam, Puerto Rico, and all other U.S. territories and possessions are not eligible to enter this Sweepstakes.

Promotion Period : The Diamond Nexus Labs Choose The Crown Sweepstakes (“Sweepstakes”) begins at 7:00 pm Central Standard Time (CST) on April 19, 2009 and ends at 5:00 pm CST on August 21, 2009. (“Sweepstakes Period”).

How To Enter : Access www.ChooseTheCrown.com during the Sweepstakes Period and follow the online instructions to register by voting for one of three potential crown designs as well as completing and submitting the entry form in order to enter the Sweepstakes.

Limit : Limit one entry per person or one entry per email address.

Prize (s):

One winner will win a trip for two to New York City, during which time the winner will be invited to attend a VIP event to meet Miss Universe 2009. Selection of the second travelling party is the discretion of the sweepstakes winner. The winner will also be awarded two tickets to a Broadway show and an expenses-paid dinner. Location of the dinner and show will be at the discretion of the Sponsor, though preferences of the winner will be considered. In addition, the winner will receive any Diamond Nexus Labs item(s) of his or her choice up to $5,000 in retail value. No cash or other prize substitution is permitted except at the discretion of the Sponsor. Sponsor reserves the right at its discretion to provide winner with a different similarly-valued prize in the event that the aforementioned Choose The Crown prize package is impossible or impractical. The prize is nontransferable. The Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”) of Prize is seven thousand dollars ($7,000).
