Degree V12 Challenge Sweepstakes

Eligibility : Degree V12 Challenge Sweepstakes is open to legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia, 18 years of age or older as of date of entry.

Promotion Period : The Degree V12 Challenge Sweepstakes (the “Sweepstakes”) begins at 12:00 a.m. Eastern Time (“ET”) on June 1, 2009 and ends at 11:59 p.m. ET on December 27, 2009 (the “Sweepstakes Period”).

How To Enter :
To Enter the Grand Prize Drawing and Weekly Drawings from 12:00:01 a.m. ET on June 1, 2009 through 11:59:59 p.m. ET on August 1, 2009: visit www.degreeracing.com (the “Entry Site”), go in to the game area and click register to fill in all required information for one entry into the Grand Prize Drawing and that week’s corresponding Weekly Drawing.
To Enter Weekly Drawings Only from 12:00:00 a.m. ET on August 2, 2009 through 11:59:59 p.m. ET on December 27, 2009: visit the Entry Site, and register or log-in for one (1) entry into that week’s corresponding Weekly Drawing.

Limit : Limit one (1) Grand Prize Drawing and one (1) Weekly Drawing entry (except for the Game entries, as indicated above) per person per email address per day, regardless of method of entry.

Prize (s):

Grand Prize (4): A 4-day/3-night trip for two to Atlanta, GA to attend a NASCAR Nationwide Series™ Race on September 5, 2009 and a NASCAR Sprint Cup Series™ Race on September 6, 2009. Grand Prize includes round-trip coach-class air transportation from the major United States airport nearest to winner’s home, $600 stipend to be used for ground transportation for the duration of the trip, 3-nights Sponsor-selected hotel accommodations of one room for the winner and one room for his/her guest each night (based on single occupancy), the chance to meet Dale Earnhardt, Jr. and Brad Keselowski (based on their availability), two tickets to the NASCAR Nationwide Series™ Race on September 5, 2009 and the NASCAR Sprint Cup Series™ Race on September 6, 2009, access to the V12 Suite at Atlanta Motor Speedway, access to the Pit Box /Seated View from Pitbox, and the chance to participate in the Bonus Prize Event against other Grand Prize winners for the opportunity to win the Bonus Prize prior to the Degree V12 300 Race on September 5, 2009 (ARV: $6,056.00 each).

Bonus Prize (1): A Sponsor-selected V12 trophy presented by Dale Earnhardt, Jr. (subject to his availability), the opportunity to receive overnight accommodations (double occupancy) in lieu of the Grand Prize hotel accommodations at the Atlanta Motor Speedway Condominium on Saturday, September 5, 2009 and Sunday, September 6, 2009 and access to the V12 Suite at the Atlanta Motor Speedway (ARV: $250).

Target Prize (1): A 4-day/3-night trip for the winner and three (3) guests to Atlanta, GA to attend a NASCAR Nationwide Series™ Race on September 5, 2009 and a NASCAR Sprint Cup Series™ Race on September 6, 2009. Target Prize includes round-trip coach-class air transportation from the major United States airport nearest to winner’s home, ground transportation to/from airport/hotel and to/from hotel/Atlanta Motor Speedway, 3-nights Sponsor-selected hotel accommodations (based on two rooms, double occupancy), four suite tickets to the NASCAR Nationwide Series™ Race on September 5, 2009 and the NASCAR Sprint Cup Series™ Race on September 6, 2009, VIP tours of the garage and pit area on a Sponsor-specified date and time, the opportunity for the winner only to wave the green flag (direction provided by Sponsor) to start the Degree V12 300 race on September 5, 2009 and a Sponsor-selected $500 gift card to be used for food and merchandise. (ARV: $10,000). All standard terms and conditions apply to tickets. In order to claim prizes, additional releases and/or waivers of liability required by Atlanta Motor Speedway and/or any applicable sanctioning body shall also be required as applicable. Any VIP access or experience is subject to NASCAR and Atlanta Motor Speedway’s standard rules and procedures. In the event a Grand Prize or Target Prize winner lives within a 100-mile radius of destination city, round-trip ground transportation will be provided in lieu of air transportation and no additional compensation will be provided. Actual retail value of Grand Prizes and Target Prize depend on winner’s residence, destination city, dates of travel and fares at time of travel. Weekly Drawing Prizes {30 total, 1 per week (except for the week of 8/31/09 - 9/6/09, when there will be 2 prizes)}: Tune-up Bundle (5): Sponsor-selected gift cards to be used toward winner’s car and select Dale Earnhardt, Jr. and Degree merchandise (ARV: $300 each). iRacing Bundle (5): A basic iRacing car and track package, one (1) year membership to iRacing (awarded as a code to input at the site), a $60 iRacing credit that can be applied to buy specific cars and tracks and select Dale Earnhardt, Jr. and Degree merchandise (ARV: $475 each). Car Technology Bundle (5): A Sponsor-selected GPS system, one (1) year of MSN Direct Service and Geek Squad Installation (awarded as a check) and select Dale Earnhardt, Jr. and Degree merchandise (ARV: $1,000 each). Hands Free Bundle (5): A Sponsor-selected iPod/Bluetooth Car Kit for hands-free calling and iPod interface for use in winner’s car, gift card for Bluetooth sunglasses and select Dale Earnhardt, Jr. and Degree merchandise (ARV: $900 each). Entertainment Bundle (5): An AT&T Cruise Cast System, antenna, receiver, Rear Seat Entertainment System, installation, one (1) year subscription (awarded as a check) to AT&T Cruise Cast System, and select Dale Earnhardt, Jr. and Degree merchandise (ARV: $3,000 each).
