Cool Shot Photo Contest

Eligibility : Open only to natural persons who are legal residents of the United States of America and who are at least eighteen (18) years of age or older at the time of entry.

Promotion Period : The Submission Period begins at 12:00 PM PT on June 4, 2012 and ends at 11:59 PM PT on July 4, 2012. The Judging Period begins at 12:00 PM PT on July 6, 2012 and ends at 11:59 PM ET on July 16, 2012.

Limit : One entry per user, per valid email address will be entered into the Contest.

Prize (s) :

One (1) Grand Prize consisting of one (1) Rock Flight™, which includes two (2) reserved tickets to winner’s choice of one (1) participating 2012 Live Nation produced and promoted concert at Nikon at Jones Beach Theatre in New York, NY during the 2012 Summer season; round-trip, coach class air transportation for two (2) from the airport nearest Grand Prize Winner’s home within the U.S. to New York City; one (1) double occupancy standard hotel room for 2 nights/3 days; access for two (2) to the VIP club tent; and round trip ground transportation from the hotel to the concert venue. Contest Entities reserve the right to provide ground transportation for New York residents who live less than 100 miles from the venue; ground transportation will be round-trip from Grand Prize winner’s residence to venue. Approximate Retail Value of the Grand Prize is: Two Thousand Five Hundred Dollars and No Cents ($2,500.00), depending upon winner’s origin of travel and airfare fluctuations at the time of the trip.
