Consider It Won Sweepstakes

Eligibility : The Consider It Won Sweepstakes (the “Sweepstakes”) is open to legal residents of the United States (excluding residents of Puerto Rico, and U.S. Territories and Possessions), the District of Columbia, and Canada, who are physically located and residing therein, who are over the age of majority in the jurisdiction in which they reside and who have used heavy construction equipment prior to February 23, 2009.

Promotion Period : The Consider It Won Sweepstakes (this “Contest”) begins at 12:01 AM Eastern Time (”ET”) on February 23, 2009 and 11:59 PM ET on April 30, 2009 (the “Contest Period”).

How To Enter : To enter the Consider It Won Sweepstakes, go to www.consideritwon.com (the “Website” or “Site”). Follow the on-screen instructions to complete and submit your entry.

Limit : One (1) entry per person and per email address.

Prize (s):

There are (4) Grand Prizes available to be won in the Sweepstakes, consisting of:
-Two (2) tickets to each of the following professional sporting events (”Sporting Events”): the 2010 National Football League Super Bowl®; the 2009 Indianapolis 500® race; one (1) game of the 2009 Stanley Cup® Hockey Playoffs; and one (1) game of the 2009 Major League Baseball World Series® (the games and seat selection for each Sporting Event shall be chosen by Sponsor in its sole discretion, and are subject to availability);
-Round-trip coach air transportation for the Grand Prize Winner and one (1) travel companion (”Travel Companion”) from the major North American gateway airport nearest the Winner’s residence to the location of each Sporting Event, ground transfers and two or three nights’ standard double-occupancy hotel accommodations (to be determined at Sponsor’s sole discretion); and
-A $250 USD VISA branded prepaid card for each Sporting Event (the total value of prepaid cards is $1,000 USD).
The approximate retail value of the Grand Prize is $35,600 USD.
