Commercials Gone Krazy Contest

Eligibility : The Commercials Gone Krazy Contest is intended for viewing and participation in the 50 United States and the District of Columbia (”U.S.”) only and shall only be construed and evaluated according to U.S. law. You must be (i) a legal U.S. resident located in the U.S., and (ii) age 18 or older as of August 29, 2008.

Promotion Period : The Commercials Gone Krazy Contest (”Contest”) will begin at 12:00 AM Eastern Daylight Time (EDT) on August 29, 2008 (”Contest Start Date”), and end at 11:59pm EDT on October 31, 2008 (”Contest Entry Period”).

Limit : Each Entrant may only submit one (1) video entry into the Contest per day for the duration of the Contest Entry Phase, August 29 – October 31

Prize (s):

One (1) Grand Prize Winner will receive a 5-day/4-night trip for two (2) to Maui, Hawaii.  The Grand Prize will consist of the following elements: [1] hotel accommodations for two (standard double occupancy room) for four (4) nights including hotel tax; two (2) round-trip coach air transportation for two (2) between the major metropolitan airport nearest winner’s residence (”airport of origin”) and an airport in or near Maui, Hawaii; [3] auto rental car for five (5) days; and [4] a biking excursion for winner and guest down one of Hawaii’s volcanoes (exact volcano to be determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion), a standard helicopter tour, and snorkeling trip (collectively, the “Event(s)”). The Approximate Retail Value (ARV) is $5,000.

Nine (9) First Prize Winners will each receive a Gift Certificate for $250 redeemable at an Apple® retail store or at www.apple.com (each, ARV-$250).

Fifty (50) Second Prize Winners with each receive a Krazy Glue T-shirt (each, ARV-$10).
