Eligibility : Open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States (including the District of Columbia) who are at least eighteen (18) years old at the time of entry.

Promotion Period :  Begins on February 18, 2011 at 12:00 a.m. Eastern Time (“ET”) and ends on March 3, 2011 at 11:59 p.m. ET

Prize (s) :

ONE (1) GRAND PRIZE: A Trip for two (2) to Los Angeles, CA to see the Battle Los Angeles movie premiere on March 8, 2011 OR $1,000 awarded in the form of a check made out to the winner.  Trip package includes roundtrip, coach-class air transportation for two (2) from a major airport near winner’s home (determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion) to Los Angeles, CA to fly out on March 7, 2011 and return home on March 9, 2011; two (2) nights’ accommodations at the W Hollywood hotel, or another hotel determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion (single room, double occupancy); ground transportation to and from airport and hotel; two (2) tickets to the Battle Los Angeles movie premiere on March 8, 2011; and $1,000 spending money.
