Chili’s Movie Premiere Giveaway

Eligibility : The Chili’s Movie Premiere Giveaway (“Sweepstakes”) is open only to permanent legal residents of the 50 states of the U.S., and D.C., who are physically located and residing therein, and who are 13 years of age or older as of October 22, 2008.

Promotion Period : The Chili’s Movie Premiere Giveaway begins at 12:01 a.m. Eastern Time (“ET”) on January 12, 2009, and ends at 11:59:59 p.m. ET on March 12, 2009 (“Sweepstakes Period”).

How To Enter : To enter the Sweepstakes, access the promotion website located at www.crackle.com/chilismoviepremieregiveaway (“Website”) and click on the Sweepstakes icon to reach the Sweepstakes home page. Then, to enter, follow the online instructions to complete and thereafter submit the Sweepstakes entry form, (“Sweepstakes Entry”).

Limit :  Limit one (1) Sweepstakes Entry per person/email address per day.

Prize (s):

One (1) Grand Prize: A trip for two (2) to Los Angeles, CA (“L.A.”) to attend a Sony Pictures Red Carpet Movie Premiere (the “Event”). Prize consists of: Round-trip coach air transportation for two (2) between L.A. and major airport nearest winner’s home; 2-nights hotel accommodations (one room – double occupancy); ground transportation in L.A. between airport/hotel and hotel/event; and two (2) Red Carpet Movie Premiere Passes to sponsor-selected movie premiere. Approximate retail Value (“ARV”) of each Grand Prize: $4,500 U.S.
