Challenge Dairy A Taste of the West Sweepstakes

Eligibility : The Challenge Dairy A Taste of the West Sweepstakes (the “Promotion”) is open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States (including District of Columbia) who are at least thirteen (13) years old at the time of entry. Void in Guam, Puerto Rico, the U.S. Virgin Islands, and other U.S. territories and possessions and where prohibited by law.

Promotion Period : The Challenge Dairy A Taste of the West Sweepstakes begins on October 8, 2009 at 12:00 p.m. Pacific Time (“PT”) and ends on December 31, 2009 at 11:59 p.m. PT (the “Promotion Period”).

How To Enter : To enter online, visit www.challengedairyblog.com/sweepstakes (the “Website”) and access the online entry form.

Limit : Limit of twenty-seven (27) entries per person, during the Promotion Period regardless of method of entry.

Prize (s):

Grand Prize: ONE (1) GRAND PRIZE: Winner will receive a 7-day/6-night trip for up to four (4) people (including winner) to stay at the Mountain Sky Guest Ranch (www.mtnsky.com). Trip includes food, certain on-site activities and round-trip air transportation to/from gateway airport nearest winner’s home (must be located in Continental United States; if prize winner lives outside the Continental United States, the prize winner is solely responsible for getting to the Continental United States) to Bozeman, Montana (coach class airfare will be provided for winner and three travel companions) (if winner resides within one hundred and thirty (130) miles of Bozeman, Montana then ground transportation may be substituted in lieu of air transportation and no additional compensation or substitution will be awarded for difference in prize value), guest ranch accommodations (two room cabin/four person occupancy). The Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”) of Grand Prize is $17,000.00.

First Place Prize: There will be One (1) First Place Prize Winner. The winner will receive a Regular Prize consisting of OXO (www.oxo.com) and Spice Islands (www.spiceislands.com) products, or other products as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion. The ARV of the First Place Prize is $850.00.

Winners : To obtain a copy of the winners list, send a self-addressed stamped envelope to Challenge Dairy A Taste of the West Sweepstakes c/o Matrixx Productions Inc., 3122 Santa Monica Blvd., Ste. 201, Santa Monica, CA 90404. Winner’s list requests will only be accepted after the end of the Promotion Period and no later than February 28, 2010. These Official Rules will be posted at the Website during the Promotion Period.
