Eligibility : The Star Wars: The Clone Wars Season 3 Sweepstakes (“Sweepstakes”) is open to all legal residents of the forty-eight (48) contiguous United States and the District of Columbia, who are at least eight (8) years of age and no older than seventeen (17) years of age as of the date of entry.

Promotion Period : Participants may enter the Sweepstakes beginning at 7:00:01 a.m. Pacific Time (“PT”) on July 26, 2010 until 11:59:59 p.m. PT on August 8, 2010 (the “Entry Period”).

Prize (s):

One (1) Grand Prize Winner will receive a three (3) days/ two (2) nights trip to San Francisco, California to attend a Star Wars: The Clone Wars Season 3 premier screening event (the “Event”) and one (1) Star Wars: The Clone Wars Season 3 house party kit consisting of ten (10) Star Wars: The Clone Wars action figures, one (1) Galactic Battle Mat, one (1) Tournament Bracket Sheet, and one (1) promotional DVD of Star Wars: The Clone Wars material. The Event will take place on or around September 9, 2010. Winner and his/her Travel Companions must be able to travel between September 8, 2010 and September 12, 2010 or the prize will be forfeited and an alternate potential winner will be selected.The trip includes (i) up to four (4) round-trip, non-refundable coach class airline tickets for Winner and Winner’s designated travel guests (“Travel Companions”) for travel between the U.S. gateway city airport nearest the Winner’s residence to the U.S. gateway city airport nearest San Francisco, CA; (ii) ground transportation to and from the airport in San Francisco, CA and to and from the Event; (iii) up to four (4) passes to the Event at Lucasfilm studios in San Francisco, CA; (iv) three (3) days/ two (2) nights quadruple occupancy hotel accommodations for Winner and Travel Companions; and seven hundred fifty dollars ($750) in spending money for the Winner. The total approximate market value (“AMV”) of the Grand Prize is three thousand seven hundred twenty dollars ($3,720).
