Brides.com’s Escape to Paradise Sweepstakes

Eligibility : The Brides.com’s Escape to Paradise Sweepstakes (the “Promotion”) is only open to legal residents of the 50 United States and District of Columbia who are at least 21 years old as of the date of entry.

Promotion Period : Brides.com’s Escape to Paradise Sweepstakes begins March 20, 2009 at 12:01AM ET and ends May 1, 2009 at 11:59PM ET, when all entries must be received (“Promotion Period”).

How To Enter : Visit www.brides.com/millionaire during the Promotion Period and follow the instructions to complete and submit the entry form.

Limit : One entry per person and per e-mail address during the Promotion Period.

Prize (s):

There will be one (1) winner.

The prize is an eight (8) day/seven (7) night hotel stay for two (2) adults in a Royal Service one (1) bedroom Jacuzzi suite (double occupancy) at the Paradisus Playa Conchal Resort located in Guanacaste, Costa Rica, plus round-trip coach-class airfare for two (2).

Winner and travel companion must be available to travel on the same itinerary. Unless child of winner, travel companion must be 21 years of age or older as of the date of departure.

Paradisus Playa Conchal Resort prize includes all meals, including 24-hour room service, and unlimited drinks. Also included: Private VIP check-in, personal butler, private Royal Service pool with valet, rose petal turn-down service, tropical fruit upon arrival, one breakfast in bed, non-motorized water and land sports, canopy tour of the resort’s 2,400 acre nature reserve, resort activities (such as sushi making, and bird watching), 10% discount on spa services. Additional transportation, meals not at the resort, in-room or other personal charges at lodging (e.g., mini-bar, movies), telephone calls, incidentals, tours & excursions, inter-island transportation, taxes and purchases made at the resort are not included. Trip must be completed by May 15, 2010. No extension will be given after the trip has expired. This trip is subject to space availability and the following blackout dates: July 3 – 10, 2009; December 23, 2009 – January 3, 2010. A prize certificate outlining the terms of the prizes and redemption procedures will be provided at the conclusion of the promotion. Sponsor will attempt to accommodate winner’s preferred itinerary, but all specifics thereof will be Sponsor’s sole discretion.

Approximate retail value of the hotel portion of the prize is $7,686.00 depending on exact itinerary, exclusive of airfare. Coach-class airfare for two (2) not to exceed $1,200.00 USD. The total approximate retail value of this prize is $8,886.00.
