Eligibility : Open only to legal U.S. residents who are twenty one (21) years of age or older as of 9/19/11, whose primary residence is located within the Designated Market Area (“DMA”), as determined by Nielsen Media Research Services, of one of the nine (9) participating ABC-TV broadcast affiliate markets. The participating affiliate markets are as follows: WLS-TV/Chicago, KFSN-TV/Fresno, KOMO-TV/Seattle, KABC-TV/Los Angeles, WKPT-TV/Kingsport, WPVI-TV/Philadelphia, KEZI-TV/Eugene, KOHD-TV/Bend and KDRV-TV/Medford.

Promotion Period : Begins on or about 9/19/11 at 12:00:01 A.M. Eastern Time (“ET”) and ends on 10/28/11 at 11:59:59 P.M. ET

Limit : Limit one (1) Entry per person or e-mail address, per day

Prize (s) :

Grand Prize (1 winner total): A 4-day/3-night trip for two (2) to New York, NY to attend a taping of The Chew (“Show”). Grand Prize consists of: round-trip coach air transportation for the winner and a guest to New York from an airport near winner’s residence (as selected by Sponsor in its sole discretion); three nights standard hotel accommodations (one room, double occupancy) in a hotel of Sponsor’s choice in the New York area; round-trip ground transportation to and from New York area airport, hotel and taping of The Chew; and two (2) tickets to a taping of the Show. ARV of Grand Prize is $3,000.

First Prizes (9 winners total; 1 winner in each of the participating affiliate markets). Each First Prize winner will receive $200.00. Prize will be awarded as a Gift Card (Gift Card issuer to be determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion). Gift Card is subject to terms and conditions of use as stated thereon. Gift Card may include expiration date (where legal and as allowed by law) and cannot be exchanged for cash/credit (except where required by law.) ARV of First Prize: $200.00 each.

Winner List : For the names of the Winners, available after 11/30/11, mail a self-addressed, stamped envelope to: The Chew “Best of the U.S.” Sweepstakes Winners,” c/o LeadDog Marketing Group, 159 W. 25th Street, 2nd Floor, New York, NY 10001. Winner’s list requests must be received by 12/30/11.
