Eligibility : Open and offered only to legal residents of the 50 United States and District of Columbia (excluding Puerto Rico), who are 18 years of age or older (except residents of Alabama and Nebraska who must be 19 years of age or older) at the time of entry

Promotion Period: Best Buy Mall of America Grand Opening Sweepstakes begins on July 13, 2008 and ends on July 19, 2008 (”Promotional Period”).
