Backstage Magic Sweepstakes

Eligibility : The Backstage Magic Sweepstakes is open only to persons 14 or older upon entering who are legal residents of, and physically located within, the 50 United States or D.C (collectively, “Territory”)

Promotion Period : The Backstage Magic Sweepstakes begins at 12:01 A.M. Pacific Time (“PT”), August 3, 2008 and ending at 11:59:59 P.M. PT, August 23, 2008 (“Entry Period”).

Limit : Limit one (1) Entry per person per household and per email address per day, regardless of method of Entry.

Prize (s) :

One (1) GRAND PRIZE: One (1) Adventures by Disney “Backstage Magic” trip, a six (6) day /  five (5) night trip for four (4) (“Group”) to Los Angeles, CA (“City”) to visit Hollywood and Disneyland ® Resort (“Trip”), consisting of the following elements for the Group [1] hotel accommodations for five (5) nights (one standard room, quadruple occupancy including room tax); [2] visit to Walt Disney’s original studio location; [3] one (1) private breakfast at the El Capitan Theatre with behind–the-scenes tour; [4] one (1) welcome dinner featuring exclusive Disney Trivia Game Show; [5] an exclusive backstage tour at Jimmy Kimmel Live;  [6]  a Walt Disney Studios tour with one (1) lunch for Group on the studio lot; [7] a guided walking tour of Hollywood landmarks;  [8] a tour of The Jim Henson Company Studios with one (1) private lunch for Group; [9] a private Turtle Talk with Crush and Animation Academy experience; [10] a visit to Walt Disney’s apartment at the Disneyland Resort (“Resort”);  [11] access to special fireworks viewing area at the Resort (exact area to be determined by Sponsor); [12] three (3) Disney Character Breakfasts for Group at the Resort; [13] one (1) lunch at the Resort;  [14] a customized VIP tour of Disneyland Park; [15] a private VIP tour of Disney’s California Adventure Park (“Park”) before it is open to the public;  [16]  one (1) private farewell dinner at the Golden Vine Winery for Group at the Park with a Disney sketch artist; [17]  a tour of Walt Disney Imagineering [18]  hotel/event transfers;  [19] if winner rsesides more than two hundred fifty (250) miles from the City,  round-trip coach air transportation on a Sponsor-selected carrier between a Sponsor-selected major U.S. gateway airport near winner’s residence (“airport of origin”)  and a Sponsor-selected major airport in or near the City and [21] airport/hotel transfers.  Approximate retail value (“ARV”): $20,000.00 USD.

•    One (1) $250.00 JC Penney Gift Card. Gift card is redeemable for merchandise or services at JC Penney Stores in the United States or Puerto Rico, jcp.com and JC Penney catalog Not redeemable for cash, except where required by law.
