Eligibility : “Bacardi Gold 2011 NBA All-Star Sweepstakes” (“Sweepstakes”) open to all legal residents of the United States and the District of Columbia, not residing in Hawaii, Alaska, California or Utah, age 21 years or older, who have Internet access and/or who own a text message-capable wireless device with appropriate short-code capabilities as of September 30, 2010

Promotion Period : From 12:00:00 a.m. Eastern Time (“ET”) on October 1, 2010 through 11:59:59 p.m. on December 31, 2010

Prize (s):

One (1) Grand Prize Winner will receive a three (3) night trip for Grand Prize Winner and one (1) guest to NBA All-Star 2011 in Los Angeles, California (currently anticipated to take place from February 18, 2011 to February 20, 2011), at an approximate retail value (“ARV”) of Five Thousand Dollars ($5,000). The trip shall include the following: (i) round-trip coach-class airline tickets from the major U.S. gateway airport nearest to Grand Prize Winner’s residence to a Los Angeles, California-area airport for Grand Prize Winner and one (1) guest, if Grand Prize Winner resides in Los Angeles, California-area, ground transportation may be provided in lieu of air transportation and no compensation or substitution will be provided for difference in prize; (ii) round-trip airport transfers between the airport and a Los Angeles area hotel; (iii) one (1) room, double occupancy, standard hotel accommodations (at a hotel determined by Sponsors) for Grand Prize Winner and one (1) guest for three (3) nights; (iv) two (2) tickets to the NBA All-Star Jam Session; (v) two (2) tickets to the NBA All-Star Friday Night; (vi) two (2) tickets to the NBA All-Star Saturday Night; (vii) two (2) tickets to the NBA All-Star Game; (viii) One (1) Five Hundred Dollars ($500) American Express gift card.
