AXE Hair Transformation Contest

Eligibility :  The AXE Hair Transformation Contest is open to legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia (the “Eligibility Area”) who are twenty-one (21) years of age or older at the time of entry and can enter into valid contracts in their state of legal residence.

Promotion Period : The AXE Hair Transformation Contest (this “Contest”) begins at 12:00:01 AM Eastern Time on July 1, 2009 and ends at 11:59:59 PM Eastern Time on August 3, 2009 (the “Contest Period”).

Limit : LIMIT ONE ENTRY PER PERSON PER HOUSEHOLD.

Prize (s):

Round 1: Prizes will be awarded to four (4) semi-finalist winners in Round 1. Each semi-finalist winner will be awarded a three (3) day/two (2) night trip for two (2) to the AXE Hair Transformation event in Las Vegas, Nevada.  Each semi-finalist winner will receive roundtrip coach airfare for two (2) from the U.S. gateway airport closest to the winner’s home to Las Vegas (airline to be selected in the sole and absolute discretion of AMG), and two (2) nights (double occupancy) in a hotel in Las Vegas (hotel to be selected in the sole and absolute discretion of AMG). While in Las Vegas, each semi-finalist winner will receive a “hair transformation”, compliments of an AXE-provided hair specialist (Approximate retail value of each Semi-Finalist prize: $2,500.

Round 2: The Grand Prize will be awarded to one (1) winner after the Axe Hair Transformation event. The Grand Prize will consist of the opportunity to participate in a photo shoot with the Maxim Hometown Hotties Finalists while in Las Vegas and a three (3) day/two (2) night trip for two (2) to a 2010 Maxim party in Miami, Florida.  The Grand Prize winner will receive roundtrip coach airfare for two (2) from the U.S. gateway airport closest to the winner’s home to Miami (airline to be selected in the sole and absolute discretion of AMG), two (2) nights (double occupancy) in a hotel in Miami (hotel to be selected in the sole and absolute discretion of AMG) and two (2) tickets to the Maxim party (Approximate retail value of the Grand Prize: $3,750).
