Eligibility : Sweepstakes is open to legal residents of the 50 United States and Washington, D.C. who are at least 13 years of age at time of entry.

Promotion Period : WowWee Are You Jamming? Sweepstakes (“Sweepstakes”) begins at 12:01 AM [ET] on August 16, 2010 and ends at 11:59 PM [ET] on September 17, 2010 (“Sweepstakes Period”).

Prize (s):

One (1) Grand Prize Package consisting of a trip for two to a Katy Perry concert in October 10, 2010 in Las Vegas:  This Grand Prize trip consists of:  (a) two (2) round-trip coach class air tickets for transportation for two (2) people to Las Vegas.  Departure is from the nearest major gateway airport location by winner’s departure city.  (b) one (1) room (double occupancy) hotel accommodation for two (2) nights, (c) $200.00 cash for ground transportation, (d) two (2) backstage passes to Katy Perry and (e) two (2) sets of PaperJamz gear which includes one (1) PaperJamz Guitar, one (1) Amp and one (1) Drum set; [Grand Prize ARV:  $4,629.88].

Five (5) 1st Place Prizes, each consisting of: one (1) set of PaperJamz gear including one (1) PaperJamz Guitar, one (1) Amp and one (1) Drum set [1st Place Prize ARV:  $74.97/Ten = $649.70].
