America’s Favorite Food Truck Giveaway

Eligibility : The Contest is open to “Nominees” (Nominees are the Food Truck operators & their respective Food Trucks, who will be the subject matter of the submitted nomination) who independently own & are licensed to operate a Food Truck within the forty-eight (48) contiguous United States & who must be a legal resident of the fifty (50) United States, eighteen (18) years of age or older as of the time of nomination & “Nominators” (the person who submits a nomination), who must be legal residents of the fifty (50) United States & eighteen (18) years of age or older as of the date of submitting the nomination. The Sweepstakes is open to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States, eighteen (18) years of age or older as of the date of vote/entry.

Promotion Period : The Voting/Sweepstakes Entry Period starts at 12:00:01 AM ET on 8/29/10 & ends at 11:59:59PM ET on 9/10/10 (“Voting Period”).

Limit : Limit ten (10) votes/entries per person, per email address &  per wireless phone number per day, regardless of method of entry (i.e. no more than ten (10) entries in total per person, whether participant enters via wireless phone or online or a combination thereof).

Prize (s):

Sweepstakes Prize:One (1) Sweepstakes Prize: A three (3)-day/two (2)-night trip for two (2) to New York, NY to attend a Food Network New York City Wine and Food Festival event designated by Sponsor consisting of round-trip coach air transportation from major gateway airport nearest to winner’s residence, standard double-occupancy hotel accommodations (one (1) room), two (2) tickets to the event & ground transportation to/from the airport & the applicable hotel (ARV=$5,000).
