Eligibility :  If you are an individual legal resident of the fifty (50) United States or the District of Columbia and are the older of eighteen (18) years of age or the legal age of majority in your state of residence at the time of entry, you are eligible to enter the Sweepstakes.

Promotion Period : You may enter the Sweepstakes beginning at 12:00:01 a.m. (PT) on January 1, 2014 and ending at 11:59:59 p.m. (PT) on March 6, 2014 (the “Sweepstakes Period”).

Prize (s) :

One (1) Grand Prize winner will receive the Grand Prize which consists of a trip for two (2) to Oahu, Hawaii (the “Trip”). The Trip includes:

o (a) Round trip economy class airfare on an airline of Sponsor’s or its prize provider’s choice for the Grand Prize winner and one (1) guest departing from a major airport near the Grand Prize winner’s residence (within the fifty [50] United States or the District of Columbia, and to be determined by Sponsor or its prize provider in their sole discretion) and arriving at a major Hawaiian airport to be determined by Sponsor or its prize provider in their sole discretion (approximate retail value [“ARV”] $750.00 per person or $1,500.00 total); and

o (b) Four (4) consecutive nights standard hotel accommodations for the Grand Prize winner and his/her guest (single room, double occupancy, room and tax only) at an Oahu-area hotel (the “Hotel”) to be determined by Sponsor or its prize provider in their sole discretion (ARV $1,600.00).

The total ARV of the Grand Prize is $3,100.00.
