Eligibility : AirTran Airways A Seat on Every Flight Sweepstakes is open only to legal U.S. residents physically residing in the 50 United States or Puerto Rico, who are at least 18 years of age as of April 20, 2009.

Promotion Period : AirTran Airways A Seat on Every Flight Sweepstakes begins at 12:01 a.m. EDT on April 20, 2009 and ends at Midnight EDT on June 30, 2009 (“Sweepstakes Entry Period”).

How To Enter : Go to www.everyflight.com during the “Sweepstakes Entry Period” and enter your A+ Rewards number. If you do not have an A+ Rewards account, you may obtain one on www.aplusrewards.com. Potentially winning entrant must have an AirTran Airways® A+ Rewards account in order to be awarded the prize. Registration is free.

Prize (s):

Grand Prize Winner will receive the personal right to travel on AirTran Airways in coach class on 687 one-way flights (“Flights”) during the prize redemption period which begins on the date of notification of the prize award and expires one year later. Flights are equal to the number of AirTran Airways’ regularly scheduled flights on April 20, 2009 and which Flights may only be used for travel by the Grand Prize Winner. This number of regularly scheduled flights does NOT include charter flights nor subservice flights operated on behalf of, among others, FunJet, Gogo and Apple Vacations. The Number of flights also does not include flights operated by Frontier Airlines, AirTran Airways frequent flier partner. A Flight is defined as one take off and one landing. This number of Flights will be made available to the Grand Prize Winner, in accordance with these Official Rules after verification of eligibility by Fulfillment Systems, Inc. and notification of prize award to Grand Prize Winner. The Grand Prize Winner must personally make arrangements for travel on the prize winning Flights directly through an AirTran representative at a specific phone number provided to the Grand Prize Winner. Only the Grand Prize Winner may use the prize winning award to travel on the Flights. The Grand Prize Winner may NOT transfer, sell, gift or otherwise exchange in any manner seat(s) on any Flight(s) to any other person or organization. All flights are subject to flight and seat availability. For each Flight, the Grand Prize Winner is responsible for Airport Passenger Facility Charges of up to $18, the September 11th security fee of up to $10 and segment taxes of $3.60 per segment. A segment is defined as one take off and one landing. For flights to/from Puerto Rico, the Grand Prize Winner is responsible for additional government taxes of up to $32.20. For flights to/from Cancun, the Grand Prize Winner is responsible for additional government taxes of up to $100. Baggage fees apply. A first bag may be checked for a fee of up to $15 per person and a second bag may be checked for a fee of up to $25 per person. These taxes and fees are subject to change during the one-year prize redemption period. All Flights must be taken and travel completed within 12 months from notification of prize award (“prize redemption” deadline), and any remaining, unused flights will be forfeited without compensation of any kind. Additionally, the Grand Prize Winner will receive a cash payment of $33,492.00 (the “cash payment”), which may be used to defray taxes on the value of the prize. Total Approximate Retail Value of Grand Prize is: $119,367.
