adidas World Cup FIFA Fair Play Flag Bearer

Eligibility : adidas World Cup FIFA Fair Play Flag Bearer (the “Promotion”) is open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States (including District of Columbia) (excluding Maine). The Promotion consists of an instant win game (the “Instant Win Game”) and a sweepstakes (the “Sweepstakes”). The Instant Win Game is open to individuals who are thirteen (13) and older at the time of entry and the Sweepstakes is open only to individuals who are between thirteen (13) and sixteen (16) years old at the time of entry.

Promotion Period : The adidas World Cup FIFA Fair Play Flag Bearer begins on February 20, 2010 at 12:00 a.m. Pacific Time (“PT”) and ends on April 15, 2010 at 11:59 p.m. PT (the “Promotion Period”).

How To Enter : During the Promotion Period, visit adidas.com/flagbearer and complete and submit the registration form

Limit : Each participant may enter/play one (1) time per day during the Promotion Period.

Prize (s):

Sweepstakes Prize: ONE (1) GRAND PRIZE: A Trip for two (2) to South Africa to attend the World Cup of Soccer. Trip package includes roundtrip, coach-class air transportation for two (2) from a major airport near winner’s home (determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion) to O.R. Tambo International Airport, Johannesburg, South Africa; three (3) days and two (2) nights’ accommodations at a hotel determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion (single room, double occupancy); two (2) tickets to a World Cup of Soccer game (terms and conditions apply); the opportunity for winner to carry the FIFA Fair Play Flag on the field prior to start of
game; a private safari tour in Pilansberg and an elephant interaction activity in Sun City; $500 spending money; and ground transportation between airport and hotel and to specific activities. Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”): $10,000.

Instant Win Game Prizes:
TEN (10) FIRST PRIZES: FIFA World Cup Matchball. ARV: $150.
TWENTY (20) SECOND PRIZES: Replica Matchball. ARV: $75.
