adidas Womens Me, Myself

Eligibility : adidas Womens Me, Myself (the “Contest”) is open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States (including D.C.) who are at least thirteen (13) years old at the time of entry and who did not purchase any products, services or equipment for the purposes of entering this Contest.

Promotion Period : The adidas Womens Me, Myself begins on January 31, 2009 at 12:00 a.m. Eastern Time (”ET”), ends on March 29, 2009 at 11:59 p.m. ET (the “Contest Period”) and consists of three (3) phases as set forth in the chart below.

How To Enter : During the Submission Phase, visit www.adidas.com/women and follow the links and instructions to register for the Contest. Complete the registration, including a valid home mailing address. P.O. Boxes are not permitted. After completing the registration, you will be prompted to upload up to ten (10) photos which show you engaging in athletic activities including one (1) portrait picture. After uploading your photos, follow the links and instructions to use the online tool to create a collage from amongst your photos and the stock photos provided by Sponsor along with a one hundred (100) character or fewer description of your collage which illustrates why you should be the new face of adidas in order to receive one (1) entry into the Contest (the “Submission”).

Limit : ou may submit one (1) Submission during the Submission Phase regardless of the method of submission.

Prize (s):

THREE (3) GRAND PRIZES: A trip for two (2) (winner and a travel companion) to participate in an adidas photo shoot with WNBA star Candice Parker in Los Angeles, CA. Trip package includes roundtrip, coach-class air transportation for two (2) from a major U.S. gateway airport near winner’s home (determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion) to Los Angeles, CA; two (2) nights standard accommodations at a hotel of Sponsor’s choice (single room, double occupancy); ground transportation in a private sedan between the airport, hotel and photo shoot; the opportunity for winner to participate in the photo shoot with Candace Parker; and a $500 Visa gift card (terms and conditions of gift card apply). Approximate Retail Value (”ARV”): $3,500.

FIVE (5) RUNNER-UP PRIZES: $100 adidas gift package (contents determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion). ARV: $100.
