adidas Take the Distance Change the Game Sweepstakes

Eligibility : adidas Take the Distance Change the Game Sweepstakes (the “Promotion”) is open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia who are at least thirteen (13) years old at the time of entry.

Promotion Period : The adidas Take the Distance Change the Game Sweepstakes begins on February 6, 2009 at 12:00 a.m. Eastern Time (“ET”) and ends on May 6, 2009 at 11:59 p.m. ET (the “Promotion Period”).

How To Enter : During the Promotion Period, visit www.adidas.com/baseball and follow the links and instructions to answer the question “How do you take the distance and change the game?” and complete the registration form including a valid home address. P.O. Boxes are not permitted. Your response to question “How do you take the distance and change the game?” will determine the Grand Prize for which you are eligible. Once you submit the form, you automatically will receive one (1) entry into the drawing for the applicable Grand Prize. After entering the Sweepstakes, you will be able to participate in the Popularity Contest by clicking on the “Get & Share Widget” link. Follow the links and instructions to post the widget (“Widget”) on a social networking site of which you are a member. Each time a person grabs the widget from your social networking page and subsequently posts it on another social networking site, that specific Widget will receive one (1) point.

Limit :  Each participant may enter one (1) time per day during the Promotion Period.

Winner must travel on dates determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion or prize will be forfeited. Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”): $2,000.

Popularity Contest Prize:
ONE (1) POPULARITY CONTEST PRIZE: Autographed adidas gear (autograph determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion). ARV: $300.
