adidas Rep Your Brotherhood Promotion

Eligibility : adidas Rep Your Brotherhood Promotion (the “Promotion”) is open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia who are at least thirteen (13) years old at the time of entry and who did not purchase any equipment for purposes of entering the Promotion.

Promotion Period : The adidas Rep Your Brotherhood Promotion begins on April 24, 2009 at 12:00 a.m. Eastern Time (“ET”) and ends on May 29, 2009 at 11:59 p.m. ET (the “Promotion Period”).

How To Enter :
The Contest: During the Submission Phase, visit http://adidas.promo.eprize.com/brotherhood (the “Website”) and follow the links and instructions to complete and submit the registration form
The Sweepstakes: During the Promotion Period, follow the links and instructions to complete and submit the registration form including a valid home address (P.O. Boxes are not permitted).  You will receive one (1) Sweepstakes entry for uploading a Photo in the Contest, and one (1) entry for each vote cast during the Voting Phase.

Limit :
Each entrant may receive one (1) Sweepstakes entry for uploading a Photo during the Submission Phase and one (1) Sweepstakes entry each day he/she casts a vote during the Voting Phase.

Prize (s):

ONE (1) GRAND PRIZE: Winner’s choice of one (1) of the following two (2) prizes:
I. A trip for two (2) to a Finals 2009 game.  Trip package includes roundtrip coach-class air transportation from an airport near winner’s home (determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion) to a Finals 2009 host city (determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion); two (2) nights hotel accommodations at hotel determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion (single room, double occupancy); admission for two (2) to a Finals 2009 game (date and seating determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion); and $500 spending money.   Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”): $3,900.
II. An adidas outfitting package including adidas merchandise determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion.  ARV: $300.

Sweepstakes: ONE (1) SWEEPSTAKES PRIZE: $500 adidas gift card (terms and conditions apply).  ARV: $500.

Winners : Winner List requests will only be accepted after the promotion end date (listed above) and no later than August 27, 2009.  For the Winner List, visit the promotion website, complete the form at the bottom of the FAQ, and select “Win List Request” in the drop down.
