adidas & Footaction All-Star Weekend

Eligibility : adidas & Footaction All-Star Weekend (the “Sweepstakes”) is comprised of two (2) sweepstakes, the local sweepstakes (the “Local Sweepstakes”) and the national sweepstakes (the “National Sweepstakes”). The Local Sweepstakes: The Local Sweepstakes is open only to legal residents of the following counties of California: Los Angeles County, Orange County, Riverside County, San Bernardino County, Ventura County, San Diego County, Kern County and Santa Barbara County who are at least twenty-one (21) years old at the time of entry. The National Sweepstakes: The National Sweepstakes is open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia who are at least twenty-one (21) years old at the time of entry. Void in the following counties of California: Los Angeles County, Orange County, Riverside County, San Bernardino County, Ventura County, San Diego County, Kern County and Santa Barbara County and where prohibited.

Promotion Period : Begins on January 20, 2011 at 12:00 a.m. Eastern Time (“ET”) and ends on February 6, 2011 at 11:59 p.m. ET

Limit : You may enter each Code one (1) time; however, you may enter the Sweepstakes with different Codes up to ten (10) times during the Promotion Period.

Prize (s) :

TWO (2) NATIONAL SWEEPSTAKES PRIZES: Trip to All-Star Game Party scheduled for February 19, 2011. Trip package includes roundtrip, coach-class air transportation for two (2) from a major airport near winner’s home (determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion) to Los Angeles, CA; three (3) nights’ accommodations at a hotel determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion (single room, double occupancy); All-Star Game Party tickets; and $500 spending money awarded in the form of an AMEX or Visa gift card (terms and conditions apply).

SEVENTY-THREE (73) LOCAL SWEEPSTAKES PRIZES (twenty-four (24) from the first Weekly Entry Period; twenty-four (24) from the second Weekly Entry Period; and twenty-five (25) from the last Weekly Entry Period): Two (2) tickets to the All-Star Party scheduled for February 19, 2011. Winners must present proper identification at the event. Sponsor is not responsible if the event is delayed, postponed or cancelled for any reason, in which event the prize is forfeited in its entirety and no substitution will be provided except as in Sponsor’s sole discretion.
