adidas Champions League Ball Carrier Promotion

Eligibility : adidas Champions League Ball Carrier Promotion (the “Promotion”) is open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States (and the District of Columbia). The Promotion consists of an eDecoder game (the “eDecoder Game”) and a Sweepstakes (the “Sweepstakes”). The eDecoder game is open to individuals who are thirteen (13) years old and older at the time of entry and the Sweepstakes is open only to individuals who are between thirteen (13) and fifteen (15) years old at the time of entry. Void where prohibited.

Promotion Period : The adidas Champions League Ball Carrier Promotion will begin August 24, 2009 at 12:00 a.m. Eastern Time (“ET”), through 11:59 p.m. ET, September 13, 2009 (the “Promotion Period”).

How To Enter : During the Promotion Period, visit adidas.promo.eprize.com/ballcarrier and follow the links and instructions to complete the registration.

Limit : Each participant may enter/play one (1) time during the Promotion Period.

Prize (s):

Sweepstakes: TWO (2) GRAND PRIZES: A Trip for two (2) to the UEFA Champion League Match. Trip package includes roundtrip, coach-class air transportation for two (2) from a major airport near winner’s home (determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion) to a city located near the UEFA Champion League Match; three (3) days and two (2) nights accommodations at a hotel determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion (single room, double occupancy); two (2) tickets to a UEFA Champions League Match; the opportunity for winner to be an adidas sponsored ball carrier; and $1,000 spending money. Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”): $4,000.
