Abby and Elmo’s Magical SeaWorld Adventure

Eligibility : Abby and Elmo’s Magical SeaWorld Adventure (the “Sweepstakes”) is open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia who are at least eighteen (18) years old at the time of entry.

Promotion Period :  The Sweepstakes begins on September 19, 2008 at 12:00 a.m. Eastern Time (“ET”) and ends on October 31, 2008 at 11:59 p.m. ET (the “Promotion Period”).

Limit : Each participant may enter one (1) time during the Promotion Period.

Prize (s):

ONE (1) GRAND PRIZE: A Trip for four (4) to Orlando, FL. Trip package includes roundtrip coach-class air transportation for four (4) from a major airport near winner’s home (determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion) to Orlando, FL; four (4) days and three (3) nights accommodations at a hotel determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion (single room, quadruple occupancy), a single day admission to SeaWorld for four (4); a behind the scenes guided tour of SeaWorld, breakfast with Elmo & Friends; and VIP seating at Elmo and Abby’s Treasure Hunt (seat location determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion).  Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”): $3,735.36.
