Eligibility : Open to legal residents of the 50 United States and Washington, D.C., who are eighteen (18) years of age or older at the time of entry. Nominees must be legal residents of the 50 United States and Washington, D.C. who are of the legal age of majority in the state in which they reside at the time they were entered.

Promotion Period : Begins at 12:00 a.m. Eastern Time (“ET”) on February 1, 2011 and ends at 11:59 p.m. ET on April 13, 2011
