2011 VSP EnVision Eye on the Prize Sweeps

Eligibility : Open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia who are at least eighteen (18) years old at the time of entry (“entrant”).

Promotion Period : Begins on February 15, 2011 at 12:00 a.m. Pacific Time (“PT”) and automatically ends on January 21, 2012 at 11:59 p.m. PT

Limit : Each participant may enter only one (1) time per each Entry Period during the Promotion Period.

Prize (s) :

One (1) Entry Period 1 Prize: One (1) iPad. Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”): $500.

One (1) Entry Period 2 Prize: A trip for four (4) to San Diego, CA. Trip package includes roundtrip, coach-class air transportation for four (4) from a major airport near winner’s home (determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion) to San Diego, CA; five (5) nights’ accommodations at The Courtyard Old Town (single room, quadruple occupancy); an allowance for a mid-size rental car for length of stay; four (4) San Diego 3 for 1 Passes
(unlimited access to the zoo, Wild Animal Park & Sea World for five (5) days; and daily parking at Wild Animal Park, Sea World and the hotel. If winner does not meet requirements for rental car, that portion of the prize will be forfeited in its entirety. ARV: $4,600.

One (1) Entry Period 4 Prize: One (1) iPad. ARV: $500.

One (1) Entry Period 5 Prize: One (1) Nikon Camera D3100 Digital SLR Camera. ARV: $580.

One (1) Entry Period 6 Prize: One (1) iPad. ARV: $500.

One (1) Entry Period 7 Prize: One (1) Nikon Camera D3100 Digital SLR Camera. ARV: $580.

One (1) Entry Period 8 Prize: A Grand Canyon Colorado River Float Trip. Trip package includes roundtrip, coach-class air transportation for two (2) from a major airport near winner’s home (determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion) to Phoenix, AZ; four (4) nights’ accommodations at the Kings Ransom Sedona or a comparable hotel (single room, double occupancy); complimentary daily continental breakfast at the hotel; a $250
allowance for a rental car for length of stay or for ground transportation; one (1) day of activities with Great Ventures – Colorado Float Trip; a ½ day of activity with Great Ventures – Ultimate Jeep Tour; and $500 in spending money for meals and activities. If winner does not meet requirements for rental car, that portion of the prize will be forfeited in its entirety. ARV: $4,600.

One (1) Entry Period 10 Prize: One (1) Nikon Camera D3100 Digital SLR Camera. ARV: $580.

Two (2) Entry Period 11 Prizes: One (1) eyeconic.com Gift Packages containing one (1) voucher for two pairs of sunglasses. ARV: $300 each package.
