2010 Godiva Valentine’s Day Game

Eligibility : The 2010 Godiva Valentine’s Day Game (“Game”) is open to legal residents of the 50 US and DC & Canada (excluding residents of the Province of Quebec), who are of legal age of majority in the jurisdiction in which they reside (& at least 18 in the US & 19 in Canada) as of 1/9/10

Promotion Period : Between 12:00:00 pm (noon) ET on 1/9/10 and 11:59:59 am ET on 3/12/10 (“Promotion Period”)

Limit : Limit of one (1) game play per person and per email address per day.

Prize (s):

One (1) Grand Prize: A trip for winner and one (1) guest to attend the Elton John AIDS Foundation ‘An Enduring Vision’ event currently scheduled to take place on November 16, 2010 in New York City. Trip includes round-trip coach air transportation for two (2) from major U.S. gateway airport nearest winner’s primary residence in the U.S. or Canada to NYC, two (2)-night standard double-occupancy hotel accommodations (one (1) room), admission for two (2) to the Elton John AIDS Foundation ‘An Enduring Vision’ event and ground transfers to/from the airport/hotel/event. Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”) of Grand Prize: $2,800US.
