Eligibility : To enter you must be a legal resident of the United States and at least 18 years old or older at the time of entry.

Promotion Period : 2010 Dr Pepper Arby’s Academy of Country Music Awards Sweepstakes starts on or about 12:00 a.m. Eastern Standard Time (“EST”) January 4, 2010 and ends on 11:59:00 p.m. EST February 28, 2010

Prize (s):

TEN (10) GRAND PRIZES:  The Grand Prize Winners will receive two (2) tickets to the 2010 Academy of Country Music Awards show (the “Show”) on April 18, 2010 at the MGM Grand Garden Arena in Las Vegas, NV (TBD).  Grand Prize includes round trip coach air transportation for winner and one (1) guest identified above from the major U.S. airport nearest the winner’s home to Las Vegas, NV, two (2) nights hotel accommodations for two (2) at the MGM Grand Hotel in Las Vegas, NV, breakfast for two for two days , two (2) tickets to the Dr Pepper Welcome Reception featuring country music star Chuck Wicks, two (2) ACMA Telecast tickets and ACMA Post Show All Star Jam tickets hosted by the Academy and two (2) tickets to the Dr Pepper VIP pre-show party  on April 18, 2010 (ARV of each Grand Prize is $2,500USD.

Winners : For a list of winners, mail a self-addressed stamped envelope to 2010 Dr Pepper/Arby’s Academy of Country Music Awards Sweepstakes & Game Winners List, c/o Brandmovers, PO Box 723188, Atlanta, GA 31139.  Mail must be received by April 30, 2010 . List will be sent once all prizes have been awarded.
