2009 Honda Holiday Family Gathering Sweepstakes

Eligibility : The 2009 Honda Holiday Family Gathering Sweepstakes is open only to legal residents of the 50 states of the United States and the District of Columbia, who are physically located and residing therein and who are at least 18 years of age and the age of majority in their state of primary residence at the time of entry (“Entrant”).

Promotion Period : The 2009 Honda Holiday Family Gathering Sweepstakes (“Sweepstakes”) begins on Saturday, December 12, 2009 at 12:01 a.m. Pacific Time (“PT”) and ends on Sunday, January 3, 2010 at 11:59 pm PT (“Sweepstakes Period”).

How To Enter : Entrants may enter the Sweepstakes online by visiting www.hondacrosstourholiday.com (“Web site”) and following the on-screen instructions to complete the registration form.

Limit : Limit of one (1) entry per person and/or email address per day regardless of method of entry, not to exceed 23 total entries for the duration of the Sweepstakes.

Prize (s):

One (1) Grand Prize Package will be awarded.  Grand Prize Package consists of:  One (1) vacation for the Winner and up to three (3) travel companions (“Guests”) to the Disneyland® Resort in Anaheim, California (“Trip”).  The Trip consists of:  A.) a consecutive three (3) night stay at a Disneyland® Resort or Disneyland® Resort area hotel as selected by Disney (one standard room, quadruple occupancy); B.) Roundtrip coach-class air travel for up to four (4) from the major metropolitan airport in the U.S. nearest winner’s residence to a Southern California area airport, as determined by Disney in its sole discretion (air transportation provided only if winner does not reside within 250 miles of Disneyland® Resort);  C.) Up to four (4) roundtrip ground transfers from the Southern California airport to Disneyland® Resort (ground transfers provided only if winner does not reside within 250 miles of Disneyland® Resort; D.) Up to four (4) 4-day Disneyland® Resort Park Hopper® tickets; and E.) one (1) Disney Gift Card for winner valued at $500.   Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”) of Trip: $3,925.00.

Winners : To obtain a copy of the Winner’s list or a copy of these Official Rules, send your request along with a stamped, self-addressed envelope to Honda “2009 Honda Holiday Family Gathering Sweepstakes” Winner List/Rules, 100 E. Pine Street, Suite 201, Orlando, FL 32801. Requests for the names of the winners must be received no later February 1, 2010. Vermont residents may omit return postage.
