Eligibility : The Learning Adventure Sweepstakes (the “Sweepstakes”) is open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia and Canada (excluding Quebec) who are at least eighteen (18) years old at the time of entry. Void in Quebec and where prohibited by law.

Promotion Period : The Learning Adventure Sweepstakes begins on November 10, 2009 at 12:00 a.m. Eastern Time (“ET”) and ends on December 20, 2009 at 11:59 p.m. ET (the “Promotion Period”)

Limit : Each participant may enter one (1) time during the Promotion Period.
