Eligibility : The Hasbro Holiday Toy Sweepstakes (the “Sweepstakes”) is open to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States (excluding Maine) and the District of Columbia, who are at least five (5) years of age and no older than seventeen (17) years of age on the date of entry.

Promotion Period : Participants may enter the Hasbro Holiday Toy Sweepstakes from 7:00:01 a.m. Pacific Time (“PT”) on November 23, 2009 until 11:59:59 p.m. PT on December 6, 2009 (the “Entry Period”).

How To Enter : To enter the Sweepstakes, participants must log on to CartoonNetwork.com/Toys during the Entry Period and follow the directions to enter and submit participant’s email address.

Limit : one (1) entry per person, e-mail address and household per calendar day.

Prize (s):

One (1) Grand Prize Winner will receive five hundred (500) Hasbro toys and games of the Sponsors’ choice, including one (1) of each of the Second Prizes, described below, with a total approximate retail value (“ARV”) of Six Thousand Five Hundred Dollars($6,500) and one thousand dollars ($1,000) in spending money. The total ARV of the Grand Prize is seven thousand five hundred dollars ($7,500).

Five Hundred (500) Second Prize Winners will each receive one of the following Hasbro toys or games, as randomly determined by Administrator:

One hundred twenty-five (125) Second Prize Winners will each receive one (1) LITTLEST PET SHOP ONLINE LPSO PETS, with an ARV of fifteen dollars and ninety-nine cents ($15.99) each;

One hundred twenty-five (125) Second Prize Winners will each receive one (1) BOP IT! game, with an ARV of nineteen dollars and ninety-nine cents ($19.99) each;

One hundred twenty-five (125) Second Prize Winners will each receive one STAR WARS: THE CLONE WARS DUEL ACTION LIGHTSABER, with an ARV of thirty-four dollars and ninety-nine cents ($34.99); and

One hundred twenty-five (125) Second Prize Winners will each receive a TRANSFORMERS BUMBLEBEE VOICE MIXER, with an ARV of thirty-nine dollars and ninety-nine cents ($39.99) each.

i’m filling this out do to haveing 10 grandchilden starting the ages; girls: 13 years old dominique–madison and 9 year old breonna and 4year old cassie and 4year old nadia
then the boys ages 11 year old austin ,then jamil, age 9year old spencer and 8 year old mayson and 6 year old tony ,they watch cartoon net work every day . these days are it is very hard to buy toys my daughter michelle has been been out work for over a month to ear surgery to get her hearing back in her right ear. ( dominque madison-austin-spencer mom) . then my son glenn can not work do to brain surgery 2004 doctors won’t let him work so he cann’t work he trys to do things around the house it has been very hard for him to get the kids toys every year this year would be great if i win this ( jamil,breonna,tony ,cassie is his kids) then melissa my youngest daughter works very hard ,just got mnarried in august she has two kids ( mayson,nadia and one onthe way in april)will i not a very rich person but i try my best to get the kids something for christmas.if win it will be the greats christmas these 10 kids will ever have,thank you so much Bonnie Eaton(9075 church street

I will like to win this contest because my family is very poor we had 3 christmases without toy and my mom works and my dad was sent to Mexico and my mom doesn’t get enough money and it is four kids sinse I has 2 my dad got erested on December 25,2009 we live in a crumy house with alot of ratholes I will give away some toys to people in need so they could have a good christmas with their children have a wonderful Merry Christmas Sincerly Alexsandra
