Eligibility : The Fisher-Price Babygear Sweepstakes is open only to legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia, 18 years of age or older as of date of entry and the parent/legal guardian of a child 12 months of age or younger living in their same household, or are expecting a child, or are the grandparent of a child 12 months of age or younger at time of entry.

Promotion Period : Beginning at 12:01 a.m. Eastern Time on 8/3/2009 and continuing until 11:59 p.m. Eastern Time on 9/18/2009 (the “Internet Entry Period”)

How To Enter : You may enter via the Internet by logging on to the web site at www.fisher-price.com (the “Web Site”) and following the Sweepstakes entry directions.

Limit : A MAXIMUM OF ONE (1) ORIGINAL ENTRY AND FIVE (5) REFERRAL ENTRIES PER PERSON OR E-MAIL ADDRESS WILL BE ACCEPTED DURING THIS SWEEPSTAKES VIA THE INTERNET.

A total of 10 prizes will be awarded. The approximate retail value of each prize is as follows:
