Eligibility : To enter and be eligible to win one of the prizes, entrant must be, at the time of entry: (a) a natural person who is a legal resident of, and currently living in, one of the 50 United States, the District of Columbia or Canada (excluding the province of Quebec); and (b) 18 years of age or older (and not a minor in his or her state/province of residence)

Promotion Period :  Baby Einstein’s Year of Discoveries January Sweepstakes begins at 12:01 p.m. Pacific Time (“PT”), January 1, 2009 and ends 11:59 p.m. PT, January 31, 2009 (“Sweepstakes Period”).

Limit : one (1) entry per person/email address
For each friend you refer, you will receive one (1) additional entry into the Sweepstakes, up to a maximum of five (5) additional entries.
Prize (s):

ONE (1) GRAND PRIZE: a prize package which includes Baby Einstein products. ARV: $250.

ONE (1) FIRST PRIZE: a prize package which includes Baby Einstein products. ARV: $100.

THREE (3) SECOND PRIZES: a prize package which includes Baby Einstein products. ARV: $50 each
