Eligibility : Tell Us Your Vise-Grip Story (the “Promotion”) is open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia who are at least eighteen (18) years old at the time of entry

Promotion Period : The Promotion begins on July 1, 2008 at 12:00 a.m. Eastern Time (“ET”) and ends on December 19, 2008 at 11:59 p.m. ET (the “Promotion Period”).
