Eligibility : OFFERED AND OPEN ONLY TO LEGAL RESIDENTS OF THE 50 UNITED STATES AND DISTRICT OF COLUMBIA WHO RESIDE AND ARE PHYSICALLY LOCATED IN THE US AND DC, AND WHO ARE 18 YEARS OF AGE OR OLDER AS OF 12/1/08. Void in Puerto Rico and other US territories and possessions.

Promotion Period : Rayovac-Grainger Sweepstakes begins on or about December 1, 2008 at 12:01 AM Central Time (CT) and ends on February 28, 2009 11:59 PM Central Time (CT) ["promotion period"].

Limit : There is no limit to the number of entries an individual meeting the criteria in these Official Rules can submit.

Ten (10) Camouflage Marksman Jackets (ARV $90 each)
and
