Vans Warped Tour Sweepstakes

Eligibility : The Promotion is open only to individuals who are legal residents of the contiguous United States (the “Territory”) and are 18 years or older, each as of the beginning of the Promotion Period

Promotion Period : Vans Warped Tour Sweepstakes (“Promotion”) begins at 5 PM, Eastern Time (”ET”) on June 18, 2008 and ends at 5 PM ET on August 8, 2008 (the “Promotion Period”).

Limit : Limit one entry per person, per e-mail address.

Prize (s):
One (1) grand prize : The Grand Prize will consist of a trip for two to attend The Vans Warped Tour concert in Uniondale, New York, tentatively scheduled for Saturday, July 26, 2008 ( “Event”).  The Grand Prize will include two (2) nights and three (3) days trip for two which includes: (a) round-trip coach air transportation for two to New York, NY (the “Destination”) from a major commercial airport in the continental United States, near the winner’s primary residence, as determined by Sirius; provided that Sirius reserves the right to substitute ground transportation for air transportation if winner resides within 150 miles of the Destination; (b) Two (2)-nights hotel accommodations (one double occupancy room and room tax only); (c) round trip transportation from hotel to the Event, (d) Two (2) tickets to the Event and (e) Two (2) passes to the “Backstage BBQ” at the Event.   Actual retail value of the Grand Prize depends on location of winner and fares at time of departure but is estimated at $1,800.00.

First Prizes:  There will be forty-nine (49) first prizes awarded, each consisting of a pair of tickets to attend the Vans Warped Tour at one of the venues set forth below (“Venues” and each such prize, a “First Prize”).   Approximate retail value (‘ARV”) of each First Prize is $65.00 each.
