Eligibility : The Mandatory Metallica 2009 US Tour Ticket Giveaway is open to legal residents of the U.S.A. or the District of Columbia who are at least 18 years of age at time of entry, except wherever prohibited or restricted by law.

Promotion Period : From 5:00 pm E.T. on March 30, 2009 until 12:01AM E.T. on April 13, 2009 (the “Entry Period”)

Prize (s):

Drawing #1: immediately following 5:00 pm ET on April 5, 2009, from among all eligible entries received to that time.
Prizes in Drawing #1: Fifteen (15) prizes will be drawn.
One (1) Grand Prize will be awarded, consisting of (a) one (1) autographed drumhead by Metallica; (b) one (1) autographed cymbal by Metallica; and (c) one (1) pair of tickets to the Atlanta, GA Event date. (ARV: $294.00).
Fourteen (14) First Prizes will be awarded, consisting of (a) one (1) 2009 Rock and Roll Hall of Fame Ceremony autographed by Metallica, and (b) one (1) pair of tickets to one of the fourteen Events on the dates listed below. (ARV: $152.00).
