Timing: The entry period started at 12:00:01 a.m. Eastern Time on August 11, 2014 and is ending at 11:59:59 p.m. ET on September 1, 2014 which give you 21 days to enter.

Entry instructions: Enter using one of the following method of entry.

• 1) Send an SMS containing only the keyword “FBB” to 91757 using your wireless mobile device.
• 2) Send an email containing only the word “FBB Sweeps Entry” in the subject line of the email to freshbeatbandsweeps@nick.com.

You are limited to one (1) entry per person/email account/phone number during the entry period.

Eligibility: You are eligible to enter only if you are a legal resident of one (1) of the forty-eight (48) contiguous United States or District of Columbia and at least eighteen (18) years of age or older at the time of entry.

Prizes:

One (1) Grand Prize:  The Grand Prize Winner will receive four (4) VIP tickets for Grand Prize Winner and three (3) guests to a Fresh Beat Band live concert at a concert tour venue closest to Grand Prize Winner’s residence. Each VIP ticket entitles Grand Prize Winner and guest to one (1) premium seat in the first fifteen (15) rows of the concert venue, a meet and greet photo opportunity with members of the Fresh Beat Band, one (1) Fresh Beat Band party gift and one (1) Fresh Beat Band VIP laminate.  The total approximate retail value of the Grand Prize is $460.00.

Fifty (50) First Prizes: Each First Prize Winner shall receive a Fresh Beat Band prize pack which consists of: (i) one (1) Fresh Beat Band T-Shirt (ARV: $14.99); (ii) one (1) Fresh Beat Band Sticker Sheet (ARV:$3.99); (iii) one (1) Fresh Beat Band Post Card (ARV: $4.99); (iv) one (1) Fresh Beat Band Volume 2 Album (ARV: $9.99); and, (v) one (1) Fresh Beat Band Poster (ARV: $9.99). The ARV for each First Prize is $43.95; the total ARV for all First Prizes is $2,197.50.
