Eligibility : Win Your Run Happy Place Promotion is open to legal residents of the 50 United States and District of Columbia, 18 years of age or older at the time of entry or game play.  Void in Canada, Puerto Rico, and all other U.S. and foreign territories and possessions, and wherever else prohibited or restricted by law.

Promotion Period : The Win Your Run Happy Place Promotion (the “Promotion”) begins at 12:00:01 AM Pacific Time (PT) on March 1, 2009, and ends at 11:59:59 PM PT on March 31, 2009 (“Promotion Period”).

How To Enter : Go to: www.runhappyplace.com to enter the Promotion with your special Sticker Code. Sticker Codes are available at participating Brooks dealers in the United States, while supplies last. Consumers are required to complete official registration form with following information: full name, street address, city, state, Zip code, email address, date of birth, and contact phone number. Registered consumers are eligible to play for a chance to win a daily instant win prize throughout the Promotion Period when they visit www.runhappyplace.com and are directed to a game play page. Consumers will also receive one (1) automatic entry into the Grand Prize drawing for each day they play the Instant Win Game (“IWG”).

Limit : There is a limit of one (1) IWG play per person and per email address per day with a limit of thirty-one (31) IWG plays per person and per email address throughout the entire Promotion Period.

Installation and set-up of prize items will be the responsibility of the Sponsor. Approximate Retail Value (ARV): $32,000.
