I sufferd from acid refiux for years and took all the prescribed medicines which only worked a little. I feel young again. I drink alot of Crystal Light,about one gallon a day because I mow grass three days a week out in the Texas hot sun for 8Hrs. a day and sweat like a soaker hose.
